APPLICATION METHOD: During application, it is recommended that the ambient temperature is above 15°C, the adhesive is applied to the entire surface of one side of the material, the ambient humidity is 65-75%, and the material moisture is between 8-10%.

RECOMMENDATIONS: On unwanted oily and dusty surfaces, it can prevent the formation of a strong bond, and the desired strength cannot be achieved. Attention should be paid to the heat inside the adhesive tank, and at certain intervals, especially during changes in weather and seasons, the temperature of the adhesive should be measured using temperature measuring devices. The temperature of the environment and the surfaces to be bonded should be above 15°C, as otherwise, the adhesive will set faster than the desired time, resulting in an insufficient bond. The tank should be cleaned at regular intervals. The amount of adhesive applied to surfaces may vary depending on the type of materials to be bonded. Situations may arise where either too much or too little adhesive is applied to the surface. In such cases, it is advisable to adjust the adhesive settings. In case of work interruption, reducing the adhesive temperature to 100-110°C is recommended. This prevents the adhesive in the tank from burning and ensures its high performance and efficiency. Shelf life is 12 months at room temperature (18-20°C).
